Terms of Service

1. Service

snkrvalue provides automated sneaker identification and resale price estimates using AI and marketplace data. Results are estimates, not guarantees.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email. You are responsible for all activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, automation, or fraud.

3. Minimum age

Our service is not directed to children. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, or that you have obtained any consent required by applicable law.

4. Credits and payments

Scans are sold in credit packs. Credits do not expire. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices include VAT where applicable.

5. Refunds

Because credits are digital goods delivered instantly and typically consumed immediately, all sales are final once the service has been used. If you have not used any scans from a purchased pack, contact snkrvalue.online@gmail.com within 14 days for a full refund.

6. No warranty on price estimates

Market prices change constantly. Our estimates are based on data available at the time of the scan and may differ from actual sale prices. You use the information at your own risk. We are not liable for losses on any transaction.

7. Acceptable use

Do not upload illegal, offensive, or unrelated content. Do not scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse our APIs. Do not resell or redistribute scan results as your own data product.

8. Liability

Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties. Our maximum liability equals the amount you paid for the service in the last 3 months.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by German law. Disputes are resolved by courts in Daniel's place of business.

10. Consumer dispute resolution

We are not willing and not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Information on the former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after updates means acceptance.
