Refund Policy

Credits are digital goods. Once you have consumed any scans from a purchased pack, the purchase is final.
Unused credits: If you have not used any scans from a pack, contact snkrvalue.online@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your Stripe receipt. We will refund the full amount within 5 business days.
Technical failures: If a scan fails due to a bug on our side, the credit is automatically restored. If you believe a credit was consumed by an error, email us with the scan ID and we will investigate within 2 business days.
Chargebacks:If you dispute a charge with your bank, we will suspend your account until resolution. Always contact us first — we'll usually issue a direct refund faster than a chargeback clears.
