Refund Policy

Last updated: 2026-04-14

Your statutory right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. For digital services like ours, the withdrawal period begins when the contract is concluded.

At checkout, we ask you to expressly request that we begin performing the contract immediately (i.e. make the purchased scans available to your account right away). If you make that request and then withdraw within the 14-day period:

  • For any scans you already consumed, your withdrawal right may expire, as the service was fully performed for that specific scan.
  • For the unused portion of a multi-scan pack, we refund proportionally the part of the service not yet provided.

How to exercise withdrawal

Email snkrvalue.online@gmail.com with your Stripe receipt. You may use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of our Terms, but you do not have to.

Unused credit pack — full refund

If you have not consumed any scans from a purchased pack, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the full amount within 5 business days to the original payment method.

Partially used credit pack — prorated refund

If you have already consumed some scans, we refund the remaining unused credits proportionally based on the per-scan price of the pack at the time of purchase, within the 14-day statutory period.

Technical failures

If a scan fails due to a bug on our side, the credit is automatically restored. If you believe a credit was consumed by an error, email us with the scan ID and we will investigate within 2 business days.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank before contacting us, we may suspend your account until the dispute is resolved. Please reach out directly first — we can usually process a refund faster than a chargeback clears.

No VAT (Kleinunternehmer §19 UStG)

All amounts shown and refunded are final prices. No VAT is charged pursuant to §19 UStG.
